4X Industrial is a company rooted in agriculture and energy, led by Josh Wells, a fourth-generation rancher and farmer from Weld County. The Wells family has been engaged in farming since 1888, starting with a modest 110 acres, which has since expanded to encompass a substantial 32,000 acres dedicated to ranching and farming activities. In 2008, Josh and his father, Steve, entered into a partnership with Noble Energy to explore natural gas extraction through hydraulic fracturing. This collaboration has resulted in the creation of 600 jobs within the local community. The company operates from multiple locations, including Greeley, Colorado, and Ponder, Texas, and maintains a commitment to both agricultural and energy sectors.
