Engineered to meet the highest industrial demands, Tufcrete is a maintenance-free flooring compound and the high degree of chemical resistance imparted by the polyurethane binder allows this system to be cleaned with strong acid or caustic cleaners without damage.

Our Epoxy floor is poured with separate laminated layers, creating a resin-rich floor that combines beauty and durability. A permanent bond with complete moisture-proofing makes it the perfect flooring system. Annual “do-overs” are not required with our maintenance-free flooring.

Tufco Stainless Steel Drains

Tufco drains are designed for a lifetime of value and performance. We will be happy to work with you to design and layout the drainage system best for your environment.

Outside of standard sizes, we can provide custom designs to meet the most specific drainage systems. Trench drains and Slot drains have catch basins and strainer baskets for easy cleaning as well. All seams and junctions are meticulously welded during manufacture and installation.

Trench drain gratings are available in fiberglass, galvanized steel, stainless steel, or cast iron. Tufco TD Drains and Trench Drains come in a variety of sizes, and the trench drains, cleanouts, and vapor traps can be customized per request.

Tufco Repair Kits

Tufco Floor Repair Kits are designed and formulated to allow plant personnel to make quick, long-lasting repairs under a wide variety of operating conditions. They are virtually odorless, so small repairs can be made anytime, even when the plant is running.

The repair kits are ideally suited to fix cracks, joints, holes, and worn or spalled concrete – shipped in 5-gallon buckets that can also serve as the mixing container.
