Peak Toolworks Acquires Tooling Concepts, Furthering Presence in Elkhart, Greater Midwest

Peak Toolworks (“Peak”) has announced the completion of its acquisition of Tooling Concepts Inc. in Elkhart, IN. This has allowed the company to further its presence in the Midwest with this brick and mortar sharpening site, while adding to Peak’s twelve locations across the USA and Canada. The addition of an Elkhart plant also creates a new opportunity to serve Peak’s customers engaged in cutting and machining metal, wood, plastics and composites throughout the growing and diverse mid-west industrial base.

The additional location in Elkhart, IN will capitalize and build on each company’s success in the local market they currently serve and continue to provide its customers with industry-leading levels of service and innovative products.
