A-1 Marks 47 Years of Innovation and Growth

Employee-owned A-1 Global Holdings, Inc. ("A-1"), the premier provider of structural building components in the Southeastern United States, proudly celebrates its 47th anniversary. This milestone follows a transformative year that showcased the Company’s continued focus on innovation, sustainability, and employee empowerment.

A-1 made significant strides in expanding its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), welcoming 235 additional employees into the program. Jan S. Beck, President of A-1 Global Holdings, highlighted the impact of the ESOP on Company culture:

A-1 achieved several significant milestones, including the promotion of Miguel Amiuny to President of Manufacturing, reinforcing the Company’s focus on operational excellence. The Company continued investing in cutting-edge equipment, expanded its facilities to meet growing demand, and implemented advanced robotic systems that have revolutionized its manufacturing process. The introduction of a new back-plating robotic machine has improved production efficiency by 20%. Additionally, A-1's commitment to sustainability remains a top priority, as demonstrated by the delivery of products like EZWALL® Innovative Framing Solution™ with zero waste.
